Rick & Rick actively contribute to programs that benefit nonprofit organizations. Our Charitable Giving Program is Rick & Rick's principal foundation for Realty Executives - Smoky Mountain Properties social investments. Areas of emphasis for this program are education, and civic and social pursuits. Within each area, Rick & Rick encourage programs that help to meet the needs of populations such as the disadvantaged, the young, the elderly, minorities, and people with disabilities.

- In 1998 Realty Executives International introduced the Homes from the Heart program designed to help eliminate poverty housing in the communities the company serves.
